How is the terrain of Safari?

The terrain is bumpy and muddy, with parts of the route passing through a forest and along the river. It’s a thrilling experience, but the rugged terrain requires careful driving.

What are the safety precautions?

Safety is our priority. You will be provided with a helmet, and there will be staff members at the front, middle, and rear of the convoy to ensure everyone’s safety and guide you through the route.

Will the Quad be difficult for me to use?

Not at all! The quad is easy to use, even for first-timers. Our team will provide you with a brief instruction before you begin, and you’ll have no trouble adjusting to it.

Will there be a safari in the rain?

Yes, the safari will still take place in the rain, and it can be even more fun! The rain adds an exciting element, especially during the summer months, making the experience more adventurous.

Which animals can I see during the safari?

While animal sightings aren’t guaranteed, you may see some birds, and if you’re lucky, you might spot a few tortoises along the way.

Can I drink alcohol during a safari?

No, alcohol consumption is not permitted during the safari. For safety reasons, it’s important to stay focused and alert while on the tour.

What should I do if I want to cancel Safari?

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour. You’ll be able to cancel without any penalty within this timeframe.

What happens if the tour is cancelled?

If the tour is canceled, you’ll be offered an alternative time or date for the safari. If you are unable to reschedule, a refund will be provided.

How long will the duration of the safari tour be?

The safari lasts for 2 hours in total, including a 20-minute swimming break during the tour.

What should I wear?

Wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. It’s also a good idea to bring a bandana to protect your face from the wind and dust, as well as glasses to shield your eyes.

What should I do if I have a health problem?

If you have any health issues, such as heart problems or back problems, please inform the staff before the tour. The safari may not be recommended for those with certain health conditions, so safety will be assessed.

Which languages do you speak?

We offer tours in English, Russian, German, and Turkish, so communication will be smooth and easy during the safari.

During the safari

What if the quad vehicle breaks down?

If the quad vehicle breaks down during the tour, a new vehicle will be provided to you immediately. Our staff will make sure you’re back on track as quickly as possible to continue the safari.

Are there any breaks in the tour?

Yes, there is a scheduled 20-minute swim break during the tour. It’s a great opportunity to relax, cool off, and enjoy the surroundings.

Will we be allowed to leave the group?

No, you must always stay within the group and follow the convoy. The guide will lead the way to ensure everyone stays safe and on the correct route.

What should I do if the vehicle trips or slips?

Before starting the tour, you’ll have a test ride where the staff will ensure you handle the quad correctly. The convoy moves slowly to avoid any accidents, and the trails are designed for safe riding, so there’s minimal risk of slipping or tripping.

Are Quad vehicles too noisy?

Yes, the quad vehicles do make noise, especially with the engine running. However, it’s part of the adventure! Just make sure to bring ear protection if you find the noise uncomfortable.

Can I meet other vehicles during the tour?

No, this area is reserved exclusively for quad and buggy vehicles. You will not encounter cars or other types of vehicles during the safari, which ensures a safe and enjoyable ride.

Are we able to swim?

Yes, you can swim during the 20-minute break. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit to enjoy a refreshing dip in the water!

Will the vehicle be cleaned after the tour?

Yes, after each session, all the vehicles are thoroughly cleaned to ensure they’re in top condition for the next tour.

What should I do if there are any obstacles on the way?

There will be custom-made obstacles along the route. They’re designed to be fun and challenging, so simply ride over them and enjoy the experience!

Is there anything special I should be aware of when using the Quad?

Yes, always ride slowly and carefully. Focus on safety at all times, and avoid making sudden movements. Follow the convoy to stay safe.

What should I do if I get lost on the road during the tour?

You cannot get lost during the tour. You will always be following the convoy, so simply stay with the group and the guide will ensure you’re on the right path.

Will it be difficult to enter the mud with the quad?

Riding through mud is a bit harder than on dry ground, but it’s manageable. The quads are designed to handle it, and you’ll have no problem navigating through the mud if you take it slow.

Is there a speed limit during the tour?

Yes, there is a speed limit. The leader of the convoy sets the speed based on the group size, weather conditions, and terrain, ensuring everyone’s safety.

Are the quad vehicles robust?

Yes, the quad vehicles are extremely robust and built to handle rough terrain. They are safe, reliable, and designed for off-road adventures.

Are quads automatic or manual?

The quad vehicles are automatic, so you don’t need to worry about changing gears. Just focus on steering and enjoying the ride!

Do I need driving license?

No, you don’t need a driving license. Anyone aged 16 and over is welcome to drive the quad vehicle, as long as they feel comfortable and follow the safety instructions.

Can I sit behind someone else during the tour?

Yes, the quads are two-seated vehicles, so you can sit behind your friend or family member and enjoy the tour together.

What happens if I have any technical problems during the tour?

If you experience any technical problems, staff members will be there to assist you immediately. Whether it’s a minor issue or something that needs more attention, the team will handle it so you can continue enjoying the tour.

After the safari

Will other activities be offered after the tour is over?

After the safari tour, we offer a variety of other activities in the area. You can contact us directly to inquire about additional activities such as hiking, sightseeing, or other adventure experiences that are available nearby.

What will be done for lost items during the journey?

If you lose any personal items during the safari, they will be collected and kept at the quad safari base. If you realize you’ve lost something, you can contact us, and we will check if your item has been found and arrange for it to be returned to you.

How will I return to my hotel at the end of the tour?

As you are picked up from the hotel you joined the tour, you will be dropped off at the same hotel at the end of the tour.

Can a group photo be taken after the tour?

Yes, you can take a group photo with your guide at the end of the tour. This photo will be a great opportunity to immortalise your safari moment.

What will be done if there is any damage to the vehicles after the tour?

Small bumps or minor scratches on the quad vehicles are not a problem and will be taken care of by the staff. However, major damages are very unlikely since the route is designed to be safe and manageable. If any significant damage occurs, we will assess the situation and handle it accordingly.

Do I need to return the equipment I bought at the end of the tour?

No, you do not need to return the equipment you were given. Items such as glasses and bandanas are yours to keep as souvenirs from the tour. Feel free to take them with you!

Are there lockers available to store my valuables during the tour?

Yes, we provide secure lockers at the base where you can safely store your valuables, such as your phone, wallet, and any other personal items.

If I have any health problems after the tour, what kind of support will I get?

If you experience any health problems, our guides will provide first aid intervention and direct you to the nearest health centre if necessary.

How do I hand over the vehicles at the end of the tour?

At the end of the safari, you will drive back to the base where the staff will be waiting to assist you. Simply turn off the ignition and the staff will take the vehicle from you. They will handle the rest of the process, ensuring everything is properly checked and stored.

Do I need to return the equipment I bought at the end of the tour?

No, you don’t need to return them. Items like glasses and bandanas are yours to keep as a souvenir from the tour. They are provided for your comfort and protection during the ride, and you can take them home as a memory of your adventure.

How do I hand over the vehicles at the end of the tour?

At the end of the tour, you will return to the safari base, where our staff will be waiting to assist you. Simply turn off the ignition and leave the vehicle in the designated area. Our team will take care of the rest, including checking and cleaning the vehicle for the next tour.

I want to join a tour again, what should I do?

You can contact us to join a tour again. You can choose a date and time for a new tour through our online booking system or by phone.
